This is a draft privacy statement for the CUNA Railway Innovation website. Counsel should review it before launch.

The site collects information that you submit through contact, quote, emergency call-back and careers forms. That typically includes name, organization, email, phone, location of work, a description of the request, and any files you attach.

How it is used

Submitted information is used to respond to the request, to follow up on work, and — for careers — to consider an application.

It is not sold. It may be shared with the people at CUNA who need it to do the work, and with email-delivery providers used to send the message.

Analytics

If a cookieless analytics tool is used, it collects aggregate visit data without advertising profiles. If Google Analytics is used instead, a consent notice will be added.
